Riki has been in the business of assisting young talent to reach their potential for over 15 years, with culture and progression at heart. Riki has built brands, developed and worked with some of the biggest artists in the world and created unique partnerships fusing music, sport, lifestyle and culture.
Ronnie Maugé is a former professional footballer having played for Fulham, Man City, Plymouth, Charlton, Bristol Rovers and represented Trinidad and Tobago on the international stage. He later transferred his on-field energy and enthusiasm into a dedicated off-field career that has included being a vital component in one of the most enduringly successful management teams in English footballing history. Having played more than 400 games for clubs and country then working as a trusted Chief Scout for Neil Warnock for 8 years at Leicester, QPR, Cardiff & Middlesborough Ronnie brings a wealth of experience to our team.
Roy Bleau leads on our youth division, a UEFA B qualified coach with over 12 years experience in coaching, mentoring, scouting and recruiting players. He historically led Broxbourne Borough FC to the last 16 in FA Youth Cup (2017). His vast experience working with young talent enables him to deliver a high quality service for both new and existing clients.
